When you reach the airport, kindly proceed to the arrivals hall or the designated meeting point as indicated in your booking voucher. Your driver or a representative will be present, holding a sign or tablet bearing the primary passenger's name or the Squeed logo for easy recognition. We will send you a link to this information in a message shortly before your journey. While most trips proceed without any hitches, our support team is available if you require any assistance.

If you provide your flight number when booking your taxi, we can monitor your flight's status and modify the driver's pickup time to match your actual arrival time.

Our price is all-inclusive, including taxes, fees, gratuities, and tolls. When booking an airport transfer, the standard Meet & Greet service is also part of the package. In the case of a return transfer to the airport or any other non-airport transfer, the driver will wait for a 45-minute grace period starting from the agreed-upon time.

You have the option to prepay for all our transfer services at the end of the booking procedure. Depending on the specific service, you can choose to either pay the entire amount upfront or onboard our vehicules by credit card or cash. We accept most credit and debit cards, and we also provide the convenience of Apple Pay and Google Pay as payment methods.
