4 December 2026 — Season opening & 80th anniversary

The Courchevel ski area opens on 4 December 2026, with a celebration marking the resort's 80th anniversary. It is the first big weekend of the winter: hotels and chalets reopen, guests and partners arrive at the same time, and the roads up from Moûtiers get busy.

Our tip: arrive on Thursday or early Friday to avoid the Saturday traffic, and book your private driver to Courchevel as soon as your flight is confirmed.

22 December 2026 — Women's World Cup night slalom

On 22 December 2026, the best women skiers in the world race under the floodlights in Courchevel for the FIS Alpine Ski World Cup night slalom. It is one of the most spectacular events of the season, just before Christmas — when the resort is also at its busiest.

Our tip: book your transfer early for the Christmas week, and consider a chauffeur at disposal for the evening: your driver drops you near the finish area and picks you up after the race, without parking worries.

28–29 December 2026 — National ski races Courchevel–Méribel

Between Christmas and New Year, Courchevel and Méribel host national ski races. Competitors, coaches and families travel between the two resorts of Les 3 Vallées — a private van is the easiest way to move a team with skis and equipment.

14–16 January 2027 — Ski Mountaineering World Cup at Le Praz

From 14 to 16 January 2027, Courchevel Le Praz hosts a round of the Ski Mountaineering World Cup. Athletes and national delegations arrive with a lot of equipment, often on tight schedules.

Our tip: for teams and delegations, our Mercedes Sprinter carries up to 16 people with all their equipment, and we can coordinate several vehicles for larger groups.

17–18 February 2027 — FIS international slalom races

In mid-February, Courchevel welcomes international FIS slalom races, during the busy February school holidays. Teams and competitors appreciate a reliable driver who knows the resort and its different villages.

18 April 2027 — End of the ski season

The Courchevel ski area closes on 18 April 2027. The last weekend of the season is also one of the busiest for departures: book your return transfer to the airport early to secure your driver and your price.
